TECBOT Privacy Agreement and Terms of Use

TECBOT is a life tool product provided by Jingrong Technology. To state how TECBOT records, uses and stores your personal information and what rights you have, Jingrong Technology will explain in detail to you via this guidelines. The key points are as follows:

TECBOT App will strictly abide by the EU GDPR standard:

1. User login identity authentication. TECBOT App will authenticate to the servers in the European Union via the mobile phone number or email.

2. 3. Users can cancel all personal data through the customer service within the App. TECBOT does not make reservations.

4. All devices accessing TECBOT are strictly in accordance with AWS's security authentication standards to ensure data encryption and communication.

i. Jingrong Technology will explain each type of your personal information recorded by it and the corresponding use in detail, so that you can understand the type, reason and recording way of specific personal information that Jingrong Technology records for a particular function.

ii. Jingrong Technology will record some of your information after obtaining your consent when you use some functions. For example, Jingrong Technology will record the information of your mobile phone number when you register your account with your mobile phone number. Refusal to provide such information will only make it impossible to use certain features, but will not affect your ability to use other features of TECBOT, unless it must be recorded as required by applicable laws and regulations.

iii. At present, TECBOT does not actively share or transfer your personal information to any third parties. Jingrong Technology will ask for your express consent when there is any other situation to share or transfer your personal information.

iv. At present, TECBOT does not actively obtain your personal information from any third parties. If it needs to obtain your personal information indirectly from a third party for business development in the future, Jingrong Technology will clearly indicate to you the source, type and using the scope of your personal information before you obtain it. If the personal information processing activities required by TECBOT to conduct business exceed the scope of your original authorization to provide personal information to a third party, Jingrong Technology will obtain your express consent before processing your personal information. In addition, Jingrong Technology also will strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to guarantee the legality of the information provided by them.

v. You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, cancel your account, report your complaint, and set privacy features all through the channels listed in this guidelines.

1. Information Jingrong Technology Records

In the course of your use of the TECBOT service, TECBOT records the information that you provide actively when you use the service, or the information generated by the use of the service, to provide services to you, optimize Jingrong Technology's services, and secure your account:

1.1 When you register for the TECBOT service, Jingrong Technology will record your name, profile picture, and mobile phone number. This information is recorded to help you complete your TECBOT registration and to protect the security of your TECBOT account. The mobile phone number is the information, and such information is recorded in order to meet the requirements of the network real-name system of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use Jingrong Technology's services properly. You can also choose to fill in the information such as gender and region according to your needs.

1.2 When you use the function of the contacts, Jingrong Technology will irreversibly encrypt your contacts information and only records encrypted information. The above information is refusal to provide this information will only make you unable to use the above function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of TECBOT.

1.3 The third-party services in the TECBOT service are provided by external third-party entities, and TECBOT is unable to obtain any information that you generate when using such third-party services.

2. Information Storage

2.1 Place of information storage

According to laws and regulations, Jingrong Technology will store the personal information of users recorded in the EU on the server within EU territory based on the GDPR standard. The personal information of users in other areas will be stored on the nearest server.

2.2 Period of information retention

In general, Jingrong Technology retains your personal information only for the time necessary to achieve its goals, such as:

Mobile phone number: If you need to use the TECBOT service, Jingrong Technology needs to keep your mobile number all the time to ensure that you can use the service normally. When you cancel the TECBOT account, Jingrong Technology will delete the corresponding information;

Should the operation of Jingrong Technology’s products or service terminate, Jingrong Technology will inform you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.

3. Information Security

Jingrong Technology strives to protect the security of users' information to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.

Jingrong Technology will work within the reasonable security standards and use a variety of security measures to protect the security of information. For example, Jingrong Technology will use encryption technologies (such as SSL), anonymization and other means to protect your personal information.

Jingrong Technology has established a specialized management, processes and organizations system to ensure information security. To ensure the security of the service and help Jingrong Technology better understand the operation of the Jingrong Technology application, Jingrong Technology may record relevant information such as how often you use the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. Jingrong Technology will not link the information that Jingrong Technology stores within the mobile analytics software to personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.

If Jingrong Technology uses your personal information to exceed the stated purpose of the recordion and the range of direct or reasonable connection, Jingrong Technology will inform you and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.

5. External Supply

Currently, Jingrong Technology does not actively share or transfer your personal information to any third parties. Jingrong Technology will obtain your express consent if there is other sharing or transfer of your personal information.

Jingrong Technology will not publicly disclose the personal information it records. If it is necessary to disclose it publicly, Jingrong Technology will inform you of the purpose of the public disclosure, the type of information disclosed and the information that may be involved, and obtain your express consent.

With the continued development of Jingrong Technology's business, Jingrong Technology is likely to conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, etc. Jingrong Technology will inform you about the situation, continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards and not lower than the requirements of this guidelines or require the new controller to protect it continually.

6. Your Rights

During your use of TECBOT, in order to make it easier for you to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to protect your right to withdraw your consent to use personal information and to cancel your account, Jingrong Technology provides you with the corresponding operation settings in product design which you can refer to the guidelines below. In addition, Jingrong Technology has set up a complaint reporting channel, and your comments will be processed in a timely manner.

6.1 Access to personal information

6.4 Cancel the account

1) After entering the TECBOT, click on the Message icon in the upper right corner;

2) Contact the online customer service to apply for cancellation;

Note: When you finished canceling your account, Jingrong Technology will delete or anonymize your personal information.

7. Modification

Jingrong Technology may revise this guidelines in due course. When the terms of the guidelines are modified, Jingrong Technology will show you the modified guidelines in the form of pushing notifications and pop-ups when you log in and release updates. Please note that Jingrong Technology will record, use and store your personal information in accordance with the updated guidelines only after you click the agree button in the popup window.

8. Protection for Minors

Jingrong Technology attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. According to the relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the services of TECBOT. If you are a guardian of a minor, please contact Jingrong Technology through the contact details in Section 10 when you have any questions about the personal information of the minor you are escorting.

9. Others

9.1 Jingrong Technology's Privacy Policy is a general privacy policy that Jingrong Technology applies uniformly, and the user rights and information security measures specified in it are applicable to TECBOT users. If the Privacy Policy of Jingrong Technology is inconsistent with this guidelines, please refer to this guidelines.

9.2 Your use of the Software is deemed to have been read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. Jingrong Technology reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement as necessary. You can review the terms of the agreement in the latest version of the software. After the terms of this Agreement have been edited, if you continue to use the Software, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.

9.3 The signing place of this agreement is Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.

9.4 The establishment, taking effect, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the Conflict of laws).

9.5 If there is any dispute between you and Jingrong Technology, you should first settle it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court where the agreement is signed.

9.6 The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for convenient reading only, which have no actual meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

9.7 The terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.

9.8 All notices sent to users can be sent via push messages, website announcements, emails or regular mail. Modifications to the Terms of Service, alteration to the Service, or notices of other important events will be made in these forms.
